New CD, with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra
Cristo Barrios participated in a recording project of the composer Gustavo Díaz-Jerez’s symphonic work, with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra and conducted by Eduardo Portal Martín. Specifically, Barrios was in charge of the solo part in the recording of Ayssuragan, a symphonic poem for clarinet and orchestra, one of the works of this cycle. The project is part of the Leonardo Network of the BBVA Foundation and the result will be the recording of a double CD with Gustavo Díaz Jerez’s orchestral music cycle inspired by the Canary Islands.
